Student for mobile computing from austria
Studying Mobile Computing at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria – Campus Hagenberg – basically combines developing software and also hardware components which are meant to be used on the go including software development for smartphones, tablets and wearables on the one hand and automotive computing on the other hand.
Due to the strong attention to practice Mobile Computing not only gives insights in very interesting topics, it also gives me as a student the opportunity to dive deeper.
Not without reason Hagenberg is often called the „Silicon Valley of Austria“

After working as a software developer at Lenzing AG the year before, they asked me if I would like to join them again. I took it as a confirmation that I satisfied their expectations and that they were happy about the way I worked. I am thrilled to work with these great people in this fascinating environment again.

One thing I really enjoy doing is to help other people. Whether this is by helping my collegues at university if they get stuck in certain topics like maths while learning for exams or giving a coaching lesson in golf or tennis. It's always a pleasure for me to see someone else getting better at something because I could help.

After working at Lenzing marketing and also production multiple times before I got into a new department. I was working as a software developer and was finally able to appliance my knowledge from Higher Technical College and University.

Before graduating from Higher Technical College we decided to go on a journey to China. Our plan was to travel through China visiting all the big cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hongkong. To be able to cut the private costs we did computer courses especially designed for elderly people. My part was to plan, organize and manage a smartphone and tablet course. Looking back I think managing the course was nearly as instructional for me as it was for my attendees. And yes, we made it, we travelled through China for 12 days.
